Find this place was a blessing in disguise for us. And we loved it the very moment we stepped in. Our host dinesh was amazing, he keeps everything very neatly and organised. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean and we always got good comfortable sleep. They place has its own forest in the backyard which is good trek in itself with lots of tree caves to go hiding and sleeping. They even had a art center in the place where they do lot of things with music and dancing regularly. I made the most of this place by spinning poi.
Their cafe outside on the road is open till 10:30 and always serving some delicious home cooked food. I loved there simple idli dosa and fish fry.
Will definitely go back again next time. Thanks Dinish for being a wonderful host.

I've tried few items on the menu like masala dosa, egg cheese dosa, fried rice, tea, coffee, etc over the last few days and they all tasted great. Felt like I was having home made food. The prices are perfect unlike other places that charge you disproportionately. And the women who manage the place make you feel welcomed.
The only minor downside is that since the seating is out in the open, sometimes there can be mosquitoes, insects etc that can annoy you a little. But otherwise the ambience and atmosphere is really good.
Will definitely visit again whenever I'm around this place.

Lajawab... bindaas... A1 Top class... both food and ambience are worth revisiting several times. Friendly management who consider customer food preferences and remember what is each person's favorite dish. Rare to find such a delicious tasty welcoming restaurant. Nestled in a natural surrounding with exclusive smoking and non smoking area. Complete with an adjoining guesthouse with regular music and cultural fun gatherings... experience to know first person. This place was such a nice place to grab lunch after a long morning walking through Auroville. The employees were all so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious (especially their masala dosa and the mint lemonade), and maybe I was just super hungry, but, their masala dosa tasted a bit tastier than other masala dosa's I've had

Best place to chill out with friends. Chocolate dosa and parotta with chicken curry will be good. Outdoor sitting with small lights and Raja Sir’s songs will make the place romantic. Avoid juices here as it will not be good. If you are a ambivert, you must surely try this place.

Its a wonderful place with yam south indian food for best prize. Its open everyday and serves people with happiness and good care.
I would say that its a only place around Auroville which could give the best food for considerable price. Everyone should try when you are around Auroville!!!!

A decent small open restaurant in Aurovile.
Service is good. They even didn't charged for food given for little babies. After compelling, they accepted cash.
When I went , it was raining. So it's so pleasent.

A wonderful restaurant with friendly service and nominal price. Has a sufficient variety in the menu as well. We had our snack meal here on a cycling trail as it falls on it. Wonderful place to go any time of the day.

Best outdoor seating surrounded fully green and one of the best restaurant inside auroville for sea food, my favourite dish is chocolate dosa. good for families and kids, always recommend for group of friends to chill out in nature with peace

I've been coming here since my school days. I still feel the magic each time I visit. Loved the Graffiti. The black coffee here is very nice. This is my goto shop in auroville. Anybody searching for me find me here lol

Wow they sure can make an excellent dosa! Crispy but pancake like inside. The masala was tasty. And the chaya is spiced and delish. Definitely make time for this cafe.

Best hangout place in auroville, open restaurant, where you get to taste local cusine. You can smoke here, you get to see lots of French Nationals at this place.

Squid fry and prawn curry were amazing. Juices are nice and refreshing. Very accommodating and friendly anna. He helped me in getting some petrol while I my scooty tank got empty.
